SimpleAppShipper Asset Licence

Version 1.0 — Effective April 5, 2026

This licence applies to all SVG assets, icons, illustrations, and design primitives distributed through the SimpleAppShipper Asset Library at simpleappshipper.com/assets and within the SimpleAppShipper macOS application.

What You Can Do

Use assets in your commercial and personal applications on any platform (iOS, Android, web, desktop, embedded)
Modify, recolor, resize, rotate, combine, and remix assets without restriction
Include assets in App Store screenshots, app icons, marketing materials, and promotional content
Distribute assets as part of your shipped application (the assets become part of your product)
Use assets in client work and freelance projects
Use assets in open-source projects
Use assets in educational and non-profit projects

What You Cannot Do

Redistribute the raw SVG/PNG asset files as a competing asset library, marketplace, or design resource collection
Resell the assets standalone (they must be part of a larger product or design)
Claim original authorship of the unmodified assets
Use the assets to train, fine-tune, or build a competing AI-powered asset generation service
Sub-license the raw asset files to third parties for redistribution

Definitions

"Asset" means any SVG, PNG, or vector file distributed through the SimpleAppShipper Asset Library.

"Product" means a mobile application, web application, desktop application, website, or other software that incorporates one or more Assets as part of its user interface, marketing, or branding.

"Competing Service" means any service whose primary purpose is to distribute, sell, or license design assets, icons, illustrations, or similar visual resources to third parties.

Warranty

Assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SimpleAppShipper does not guarantee that assets are free of intellectual property claims by third parties. Assets are generated using AI (Krea AI) and vectorized using AI (Recraft AI). Users are responsible for verifying suitability for their specific use case.

Third-Party Open Source

The Snapframe screenshot builder shipped at /studio/snapframe/ is open source under the MIT License, copyright Pawandeep Singh and the Snapframe contributors. Source: github.com/Pawandeep-prog/Snapframe. The full licence text ships alongside the build at /studio/snapframe/SNAPFRAME_LICENSE.txt.
